Includes grey water, pump-outs (for sites not on sewer), and access for your immediate family — including children, parents, and grandparents.
Additional Fees
  • $200 winter storage
  • (November 1, 2025 – April 1, 2026)
  • $600–$1,000 waterfront fee
    ​(varies by site)
  • $400 sewer site fee
What's Included?
  • Enjoy unlimited camping from April 1 through October 31 with the ability to keep the same site year after year.
  • Seasonal sites are spacious and can accommodate a wide variety of camping units.
  • All unmarried children under the age of 21 stay free, and seasonal children are welcome to bring friends at no additional charge.
  • Fourteen pump-outs are included for sites not connected to sewer.
  • Electricity is metered separately and invoiced accordingly.
  • Seasonal campers may have approved decks, sheds, sunrooms, and insured golf carts on site.

Payment & Reservation Details
  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 1/10 of the total seasonal fee is required to hold your site.
  • Monthly payment plans are available and consist of 10 equal payments, payable from July 1 through April 1.
  • Any alternative payment arrangements must be approved in advance.

Important Seasonal Notes
  • Water service is not guaranteed before April 15 or after October 15.
  • Detailed seasonal regulations are available and should be reviewed prior to booking.
