Terms & Conditions Reminder - There is No Smoking Any of the Buildings!
Deposit - A deposit of $125 will be due upon signing contract. Deposit fee will be applied to total rental amount or returned if there is no breakage, damage, or loss to the building contents, or additional expenses incurred due to the event. If breakage, damage, loss, or additional expenses exceed $125, the undersigned understands Brialee will charge the credit card for the additional expenses.
Rental Charge - $50.00 per hour for non-seasonal campers / $25.00 per hour for seasonal campers. The maximum allotted time per usage is 4 hours, based on availability and program scheduling. The rental fee must be paid no later than ten (10) days prior to scheduled event and is not refundable.
Responsibilities –The rental party is responsible for monitoring the behavior of all their guests while using the facilities, ensuring damage and vandalism/theft does not occur, and ensuring the facilities are being kept in clean condition. The space must be broom swept at the end of your event, and all trash tied up and placed outside the building for removal by maintenance.
General Rules – No animals will be allowed in the buildings, all guests must remain parked in visitor lot, (except 1 handicap vehicle which may be parked nearby building), alcohol consumption during the event requires prior approval and will require extra staff to be present, renter agrees not to move any furniture or fixtures and not to disconnect or reconfigure any electronics – including TVs, DVDs, players, sound systems, etc. Use of grills, fire, hot plates, etc are not permitted inside the building.
Outside Vendors – Intent to use outside vendors for entertainment, catering, etc must be disclosed at time of rental agreement, otherwise you must notify Brialee as soon as this change is made. Outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance to Brialee prior to the event date and be approved by Brialee.
Reconfiguring of Space – Any additional setup or reconfiguring of space must be approved, in advance, by Brialee. Picnic tables, if not wanted, will be removed by Brialee staff only, prior to event, (as they scratch the floors and are a tight fit through the doors).
Management reserves the right to end all activities deemed inappropriate, against policy, or that are unsafe/harmful to others or surrounding campers. This includes crowd and noise issues, use of alcohol, fires, etc.
