Payment in full is required for all reservations at time of booking. Check-in for Cabin rentals is 3:00pm (no earlier). Check-out is 11:00am (no later, but you can request to stay at park until 3pm once you've moved out of cabin and park your car at front of park). Cabin rentals require one week stay minimum during July and August. Any check-in and check-out date is acceptable, as long as the duration of your stay is one week minimum. If a cabin is still available within two weeks (14 days through 1 day) prior to the desired stay, we do allow a rental stay of less than one week (July/August). But ONLY if it is available just prior (1-14 days). Rentals require $200 deposit upon arrival. Rental cancellations require 30 days notice (prior to arrival). With 30 days notice, there will be a 10% processing fee for cancellations. If 30 days notice is not given, it may be possible to get a swap for a different date (depending upon the reason for cancelling), but no refunds will be given. If you damage or vandalize or leave the rental unit in an unkept manner, you will be charged the amount of funds it takes for us to return the unit to its previous condition, plus an administration fee.

Brialee provides the unit, with a/c, heat, full bath, small kitchen, gas grille (outside), and fire pit. Units are furnished. No linens are provided. No cookware provided. Pets - are NOT allowed, for any reason, no exceptions. No pets are allowed IN rental units or ON campsites. There are no pets allowed to be checked in with campers staying in rentals. There are no pets of visitors allowed (including those visiting rentals). Checking in with pets and/or being caught with pets on or in the rental units will result in you being asked to leave with no refund.
Secondary Units - no tents, popups, camping vehicles, or sleeping in your own vehicles are permitted at rental sites. Use of outdoor quick-ups are permitted, as long as they are secured to the ground during your stay.
Car Limit - 2 cars per site maximum.
Visitors - All visitors to site that are not part of the site at time of arrival are considered VISITORS and charged accordingly. This is regardless of the number of people permitted to stay in the rental unit. If they did not arrive with you, or you did not check them in when you made the reservation, they are a visitor. Swapping in and out people during your stay is not permitted.
