Electric is metered and invoiced. Invoice are to be paid upon receipt. Electric Deposit will be returned via credit to next year at end of season.
Winter storage is to keep trailer on site from end of season to start of next season. Water is provided from April 15th through October 15th, longer if weather permits. Pump-outs are provided once weekly, from 4/15 - 10/15, on regular visit. Any other time is considered “emergency” and charged accordingly. $450 non-refundable deposit is required by 8/1 to hold site for next season. Monthly payment plans are available at $355 from 9/1 - 6/1. Any other requires approval
