Cancellations:    Cancellations  of  regular  sites  are  required  within  2  weeks  of  arrival  and  will receive full refund less 10% service fee.

Less than two weeks will receive no refund, no exceptions.  Site Guarantees:  We guarantee your requested site 99% of the time.  Check-In / Check-Out:  Check in is 3:00pm on the day of your arrival.  Check out is 3:00pm on the day of your departure.  Rental check-out is 11am.   Reservation  Payments:    Reservations  must  be  paid  for  in  full  at  time  of  booking.    Other arrangements can be made for multiple reservations, and must be approved by management.  Minimum  Stay:    There  is  a  two-night  minimum  required  in  July  and  August  for  regular  sites.  There is a one-week minimum stay required in July and August for rentals.    Extra Adults:  Reservations are for a family with one or two camping units per site (1 trailer / 1 tent or 2 tents).  Extra adults (beyond the 2 adults included in the fee) are charged at $10 per person per night and must be registered at time of check-in, or they will be considered visitors and incur the visitors fees.  No more than 2 camping units are allowed per site.
